The present General Contractual Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GCC) includes the rights and obligations of the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) using the online commercial services of Personal Perception represented by Pálfi Dániel Illés EV (hereinafter referred to as Personap Perception)
Personal Perception offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to the Customer conditioned upon the Customers acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
The store is on WordPress / Woocommerce online e-commerce platform that allows Personal Percettion to sell its products and services to the Customer.
A purchase through the Webshop (hereinafter referred to as SHOP) is made by an electronically sent purchase order, in accordance with the conditions herein.

PROCESS OF ORDERING
Customers may place their order in the Webshop (either for a ready-made or a customized product) by putting the item(s) into their virtual shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.
Placing a product(s) to be ordered in CART shall not be deemed as a contractual offer, a call for proposal or a purchase order, Customer may delete these items at any times and without any further consequences from its shopping cart before finalizing the purchase order. Before finalizing the purchase order the Customer states that he learned and agreed to the content of this present GCC.
After choosing the product, Customers shall give their personal data, shipping and billing address for billing purposes and shall choose the shipping and payment conditions.
Order date of the product is the date of the order delivered to Personal Perception by the Customer through the SHOP. Upon receipt of the order the Customer shall receive an automatically generated mail sent to the e-mail address indicated in the order, with a list of items of the purchase order placed.
By clicking the “Order” button, the Customer is bound to its contract offer and incurs a payment liability. The Customer fulfils its payment obligations in the following three ways:

The Customer is informed about the estimated time of delivery / shipment when selecting the shipment method during the order. Shall the estimated time of delivery / shipment of the product(s) be modified for any reason, Personal Perception shall inform the Customer 2 days before the original estimated delivery deadline.
-Delivery by post
WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
Deadline for the exercising of the right of withdrawal:
Based on the Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), the Customer may from the day of the receipt of the product, withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 (fourteen) days without jurisdiction.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
The Customer may exercise its right of withdrawal by sending the withdrawal statement in e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Shall the Customer transmit the withdrawal statement before the deadline.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
The customer can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
Personal Perception reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to its website. It is The Customers responsibility to check the website periodically for changes. The Customers continued use of or access to the website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
